We are currently recruiting for a number of Care Assistant roles within St Neots – Huntingdon, Bythorn, Brampton, Godmanchester and surrounding areas. *Please note this can be a Temporary to Permanent basis*

The role involves looking after young adults up to the elderly with conditions such as physical and learning disabilities to complex needs etc. 

You will provide:

This is a very rewarding role and will require the evening and weekend work. You will, 

  • Have your own vehicle to be able to drive to client locations is an added advantage. Full training provided.
  • Ensure Clients are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes.
  • Ensure that you contribute to the efficient running of the service.
  • Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support.
  • Assist with activities of domestic duties and daily living.
  • Ensure health, safety and welfare of clients.
  • Maintain up to date record or reports such as care plans.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Management team.
  • Respect the individuality and confidentiality of each client.
  • To communicate effectively.

We require experienced Healthcare Support Workers who are drivers and have access to own car to work within our domiciliary care setting in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. You will

 

You will provide:

 

  • Assist with personal care and daily activities of living.
  • Ensure Clients are at the heart of the care delivery, respect their wishes and preferences, enhance their wellbeing and treat clients as individuals.
  • To ensure that you contribute to the efficient running of the service.
  • Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support.
